What is the liposuction method?

Liposuction surgery is an intervention that aims to remove fat from the abdomen, thighs, etc. through a tube suction technology. The operation can be performed safely by using local anesthesia or general anesthesia, depending on the procedure performed.

Through this intervention, the surgeon creates small incisions in the skin and, with the help of tubes, sucks the fat under the patient's skin. The entire procedure can take an hour or 3 hours or more, depending on the number of places treated.

Before the operation, patients will have to have some medical tests to make sure that they can undergo this surgery. The person should be informed that. They should not take anti-inflammatory drugs at least 2 weeks in advance. Ladies - If they have considerable surgical treatment, they are required to stop taking the birth control pill for a period of time before surgical treatment. People with anemia will certainly be asked to take iron supplements for a period of time before the surgical procedure. The person should complete a type of request for agreement, in which he or she claims to be fully familiar with the threats that may arise from this procedure.

Before the surgeon begins the operation, he will mark the lines on the patient's body, marking where the treatment will take place or where they will be cut.  Photographs will be taken of the area where the operation will be performed and at other times, photos of the patient's entire body may be taken. These images (pictures) will be compared with images from the same area after the surgical process.

There are numerous techniques to promote liposuction surgery. Progressive strategies have made liposuction more secure, simpler, and less difficult. These include new techniques that are mostly used.

Tumescent liposuction describes a "solution" with local anesthetics, such as lidocaine and other drugs from ivy fluids that are injected into the bloodstream through the tube to be injected, narrowing or numbing the blood vessels. This technique allows liposuction to be performed under anesthesia. This strategy reduces blood loss and reduces postoperative pain and bleeding.

Liposuction with Ultrasound.
This technique uses ultrasound which, helps to loosen and melt the fat and enables it to remove more fat. UL intervention is best suited for larger areas of fat and is used for patients of any sex.

After surgery with the risk of liposuction

The choice to have plastic surgery is incredibly close to home. An individual must decide if the benefits will achieve their goals and if the risks and potential complications associated with liposuction are acceptable to them. Treating multiple areas, or treating a large area, might raise the danger of difficulties throughout or after the treatment.

Common side effects:

Temporary swelling, sores, pain, and numbness in the vicinity of the treated areas.
Baggy or flaky skin. The skin usually tightens and returns after a few months. However, in some people, the skin may be a little loose.

Less common side effects:

The skin changes color permanently.
Uneven skin surfaces across the treated area.
Damage to nerves and skin. Heat during ultrasound-assisted liposuction can burn the skin or damage the tissues under the skin.
